Sending data communication invoices

The Ministerial Circular of the Italian Government nr. 45/E, 19.10.2005, concerning the innovation about simplified billing procedures introduced by the D.L. nr. 52, 20.02.04, confirms the regularity of transmission of invoices to Customers by electronic mail and fax, as alternative to traditional paper-based delivery by mail.

This new mode allows significant savings of time and avoid unpleasant inconveniences related to the postal service, allowing you to receive the invoice immediately after the issue.

In this context, CEMAT S.p.A., is going to replace, since the billing for services of January 2010, the traditional paper-based delivery by mail with the delivery by e-mail of the invoice in PDF format.

What to do to use the service?

• The maintenance of the traditional postal delivery service will be charged by way of partial recovery of costs of € 1.40.
